SDD01 Product Advantages

◆Compact size, compact structure, greatly save the installation space;

◆Powerful internal position mode can plan multi-path continuous operation, so as to realize rich motion control functions. It supports up to 32 groups of data planning. Each group of data can set pulse number or Angle according to requirements, and the speed, acceleration, deceleration and emergency deceleration of internal position mode can be set.

◆Automatically measure the mechanical characteristics of load inertia, set the optimal gain, shorten the system debugging time;

◆Mechanical resonance frequency analysis. Two groups of notch filters are configured to adjust the frequency (50-5000hz) and notch depth to effectively overcome low-frequency resonance and vibration at the mechanical end. Vibration frequency (1-100hz) and vibration damping can be set.

◆The function of friction torque compensation can reduce the influence of static friction force when mechanical reversing and improve the debugging software support of low-speed operation instruction following performance.
